CLEVELAND (AP) - For the second time in 30 days, Cleveland police have announced that Cleveland Cavaliers guard, Larry Hughes has gone missing. Hughes was last seen outside of Bruder, Inc. where he reportedly purchased a large amount of the Belcrest 730 modular red. When asked by store employees why he was purchasing 17 tons of building material, Mr. Hughes shouted “Stop asking questions! BRICKS! I NEED MORE BRICKS!”
Local authorities also announced that Mr. Hughes has been replaced by a six-foot-five, skinny guy who calls himself “Bizarro Larry Hughes”. Not aware of the impostor, Cleveland coach Mike Brown allowed Bizarro Larry Hughes to play Wednesday night in an NBA game versus the Atlanta Hawks.
“Something didn’t seem right when he went 18 for 18 in the pre-game shootaround. But I was so thrilled, I didn’t even consider it might not be Larry” commented Mike Brown.
Cavaliers guard, Sasha Pavlovic added “I’ll be damned if this guy is going to step in and make me look bad. I am not the worst shooter on this team. Larry Hughes is. This guy tonight… he wasn’t the real Larry Hughes. You gotta believe me. I AM BETTER THAN LARRY HUGHES. This is bullshit!”
Cleveland GM, Danny Ferry, has announced a special reward for anyone with information about the real Larry Hughes’ whereabouts. Added Ferry, “If you know where Larry is, please call me ASAP. But please don’t alert the media or tell any of your friends. It needs to be a secret between you and me and our salary cap.”

I was at the game tonight and Larry did look a little too good to be real. Nice change of pace, I usually cringe when he squares to shoot.

This is great…finally someone has the guts to speak the truth! Larry Hughes is the biggest Cavs liability to date. He is to highly paid without providing the performance. Then he cries and somehow the world matches it by allowing him more time on the court to miss shots. I want him to shut up and do his job…play basketball..get the little ball in the hoop about 10 times a game!

Too good…I’m thinking that Bizarro Larry is friends with Feldman from across the hall.

Dude . Greaaaaat site ,, i totally agree with
youu . Larry Huhges is my worst hated player
not only on the Cavaliers but in the whole entire
NBA . I am a HUGE Cleveland fan ,, and i know
that Larry has to go .
He is wayy too over paid for the poor
performances he does on the court .
TRADE LARRY HUHGES NOW .
but not like any team wants him anyhow

Great site, but I’ll go one further: I do not believe that Larry Hughes has, in fact, EVER actually made a shot in the NBA. Not one. Oh sure, occasionally there’s some hearsay that Hughes went 3-for-13 from the field, but did anyone ever actually witness him make a shot in person? Not reading about in the paper, not hearing some announcer reference it, but actually witnessing a made shot by Hughes?
Over the last few years, I’ve been to about a dozen games, and watched probably 100 more, and — believe it or not — I HAVE NEVER ACTUALLY SEEN LARRY HUGHES MAKE A SHOT. Never. Not one.
Until someone provides some proof otherwise, Larry Hughes is O-for-his-career as far as I’m concerned.

I think Hughes had a great night but his inconsistency is just killing the cavs he needs to be traded for a player that we can use to start thinking about remaining the Eastern Conference Champions. The only problem is Hughes trade value is probably very low.
